Purpose of Tender

The Women and Child Welfare Department, Raigad Zilla Parishad, Alibag, has invited online tenders for providing vocational and technical training to women and girls in Raigad district for the financial year 2025–26.

Scope of Work

The selected agency must:

  • Provide vocational and technical skill training to women and girls.
  • Conduct training in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Arrange necessary infrastructure, trainers, and equipment.
  • Complete training within the stipulated timeline.
  • Maintain quality standards and submit required documentation.

The work is to be carried out strictly as per the conditions and specifications in the tender document.

Tender Conditions

  • The tender must be submitted online.
  • Incomplete or non-compliant bids will not be considered.

  • The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons.

  1. Tender fee of ₹5,000/- must be paid.
  2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,05,300/- must be paid online.
  3. Valid GST Registration Certificate and latest GST return must be submitted.
  4. The bidder must have completed similar training work of at least 90% value within the last 5 years.
  5. Proof such as work completion certificates (from Government/Semi-Government bodies) must be submitted.
  6. The bidder must have experience of conducting similar work and provide relevant documentary proof.
  7. Work orders and completion certificates must be attached.
  8. The bidder must have completed works amounting to at least ₹20 lakh in a single contract during the last 3 years. Relevant certificates must be submitted.
  9. Copy of PAN Card must be submitted.
  10. Udyam Registration (MSME registration) certificate must be attached.
  11. Income Tax Return (ITR) documents must be submitted.
  12. The bidder must submit audited financial statements certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA).
  13. An affidavit stating that the bidder has not been blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government authority must be submitted.
  14. The bidder must authorize a representative to participate in the tender process (if applicable).
  15. The bidder must declare that no criminal cases or financial irregularities are pending against the organization.
  16. The bidder must ensure availability of required infrastructure and facilities for conducting the training work.
  17. MKCL (Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited) registration must be available (if applicable).
  18. The bidder must submit an undertaking on ₹100/- stamp paper.
  19. Office address proof and required training centre details must be submitted.
  20. Undertaking Bond of ₹100/- stamp paper (as per prescribed format) must be submitted.
