SkillSaathi was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to democratise access to skill development opportunities across India. Our founders recognised the challenges faced by training institutes in navigating government schemes and accessing the right opportunities.

What started as a small initiative to help local training centres has grown into a comprehensive platform serving partners across 28 states. We've facilitated over 1000 projects and continue to expand our reach, solutions, and impact.

Today, SkillSaathi stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and shared resources in building a stronger, more inclusive skill development ecosystem for the country.

He founded Magness Corp (Magness International Pvt. Ltd.) in 2024, drawing on a career that spans over 19+ years in leadership roles at Reliance Industries, Asian Paints, Quess Corp and PepsiCo India. At Quess Corp, he led one of India's largest private skilling operations — 1,500+ employees, 130 centres, 17 states, and 1,00,000+ beneficiaries annually — and was ranked #1 among all Private Implementation Agencies in 14 of 17 states under DDUGKY. His tenure at Quess ensured skill training of more than 150 thousand candidates in a period of 5 years.

Post-Quess, he built new skilling ecosystems at various companies such as Ampersand Group, Pan IIT Reach of India Foundation, Apollo Foundation and Cadmaxx Solutions. Ganapathy has also led implementation of various Government, SIB Project and CSR programs.
For the past three years, Magness has
1. Placed 6000+ candidates from various skill trainining centers
2. Trained 2000+ candidates under various Government and CSR training schemes such as HDFC Parivartan, Coal India etc.
3. Sanctioned 5+ projects under DDUGKY 2.0 for various companies across 4 states. Worked on documentation, Appraisal, Government Liasoning and final execution of these projects.

Running MoUs with over with Pan IIT alumni Foundation, Adecco, Quess Corp, Fornax Corporate Services, Persol Kelly, Raymonds, Cadmaxx and Cadabams Group for implementation of Skill Development schemes at Pan India level.
