Selection of training providers to conduct skill development training programs under government schemes

The document is an Expression of Interest (EOI) issued by the District Project Livelihood College Society (DPLCS), Dantewada, Chhattisgarh for selection of training providers to conduct skill development training programs under government schemes.

The EOI invites eligible training institutions/organizations to conduct skill development training programs under:

  • Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (MMKVY)

  • Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)

  • Other state/central skill development initiatives

The objective is to provide quality skill training and enhance employability of youth in Dantewada district.

Final sector allocation will depend on district requirement and availability.

Financial & Payment Terms

  • Training cost as per state norms.

  • Payment structure (example under MMKVY):

    • 30% on commencement

    • 50% after completion and assessment

    • 20% based on placement/performance (as per scheme guidelines)

Training partner share distribution mentioned between Livelihood College and Training Partner.

 

Selection Process:

Evaluation is based on a 100-mark scoring system, including:

  • Experience in skill development (15 marks)

  • Trainer qualification (40 marks)

  • Industrial linkage/company tie-ups (20 marks)

  • Organizational turnover (25 marks)

Minimum 60% marks required for qualification.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be registered institutions/organizations.

  • Have experience in skill training (state/central government projects preferred).

  • Possess adequate infrastructure and qualified trainers.

  • Not be blacklisted in Chhattisgarh.

  • Have conducted relevant training in previous financial years (2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25).

  • Provide PAN, GST, registration documents.

  • Have industrial linkage/job placement tie-ups.

  • Meet financial turnover requirements (CA-certified financial statements required).

Preference to institutions having TOT/CTS/CTI certified trainers
