Eligibility Criteria

Qualification Criteria

  1. An Applicant must be a legal entity in the form of Private Limited/Public Limited Company/LLP/Sec 8/Society/NGO/Trust with minimum existence of 5 Years
  2. Should have GST Number
  3. Should have PAN Number
  4. Should have Training Partner with NSDC
  5. The Bidder should have average turnover of INR 14 Cr in last financial Years from Skill Development/Training Activities
  6. The Bidder should have the following Organisational Strength:
    • Availability of Certified Trainers with atleast Two years of relevant experience
    • Placement Partnership Commitments
    • The bidder must furnish a minimum of Three(3) LoIs from reputed agencies/companies
  7. The Bidder should have minimum Five years of experience in Skill Program
  8. A total of 3,000 candidates have been trained under NSQF Aligned Skill development schemes across various Govt. schemes in the last Five(5) Financial years with atleast 60% succesfully assessed and 40% placed in gainful employment.
  9. The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Central/State Govt. organisation/Department
